Amoksiklav is a medicine that contains amoxicillin and clavulanic acid. Amoxicillin belongs to the group of penicilin. Ceftrakson is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic.
According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, a contraindication to the use of Amoksiklav is a history of severe immediate hypersensitivity reaction (i.e. anaphylaxis) to another beta-lactam drug (e.g. cephalosporin).
