Yesterday I took Tamivil for the first time, at night I started to have a severe sore throat, I can't swallow saliva or drink drinks, it causes me a lot of pain. Today I took another dose of this medicine, the lack of improvement made my throat hurt even more, I feel like my tonsils have swollen, in addition, I have cold sores on my lower and upper lip. Is it the drug's fault?

Both cold sores and angioedema are among the side effects reported with Tamivil.
Herpes is a common side effect, i.e. it affects more than 1 in 100 people taking this medicine, but less often than 1 in 10 people taking it.
Angioedema is a rare side effect, i.e. it affects more than 1 in 1000 patients taking this medicine but may affect up to 1 in 10,000.
However, it is difficult for me to answer the question of whether it is the fault of the drug, because sore throat and cold sores can also occur as a result of the flu. The sensation of a swollen throat often occurs during pharyngitis and tonsillitis. Your sore throat may persist even after you stop taking Tamivil.
I would suggest that you contact your doctor. If you experience shortness of breath as a result of a swollen throat, contact your doctor immediately.
To relieve a sore throat, you can use over-the-counter medications. You can read more here:
