Is the contraceptive effect of Diane-35 preserved if I have loose stool about an hour after taking the pill?
I take birth control pills Diane-35, there have never been any absences. The last 2 tablets remain. Today I took a pill at 17:00, and at about 18:20 my stomach began to growl. At 7:20 p.m., I had a one-short loose stool, after that there was nothing like it again. Has the contraceptive effect of the pill been preserved? Or should I drink another one?

No, a single loose stool does not affect the effectiveness of birth control pills, including Diane-35. Please do not take another pill. The effectiveness of contraceptives is limited by the disease with diarrhoea. This can prevent the ingredients in the pill from being absorbed, so they won't be able to counteract pregnancy.
