Can migraine occur while using Estrifam?

Hello, I have had endometriosis for years and have always taken Estrifam 2mg so far. However, I was switched to Zarfilla 2mg a month ago and since then I have had more migraines again. My question is: If I switch back to Estrifam, will the migraine immediately decrease or will the body have to get used to Estrifam again and the migraine will only get better after a few months?

It is not possible to determine whether returning to Estrifam will reduce migraine attacks and whether it will happen immediately after changing the medication or after a few months.
Migraine has been reported with both Estrifam and Zafrilla. This side effect has been reported very rarely (may affect up to 1 in 10,000 women) while taking Estrifam, and migraine has occurred frequently with Zafrilla (may affect more than 1 in 10 people, but may affect more than 1 in 100). If you have had less frequent migraines while taking Estrifam, it is possible that returning to the medicine will reduce the frequency of migraines.
