Good morning I've been taking Levetiracetam Accord for a week now and I'm sleeping very big. At night from 10:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. and 2 more hours after work. Will this drowsiness go away? He takes the drug because he has been diagnosed with epilepsy. Thank you for your reply. Anna

Drowsiness, lethargy, headaches are side effects that occur very often when taking Levetiracetam. I suggest you wait a few more days and see if the situation normalizes a bit, e.g. in the next week of treatment. If there is no improvement, it will be necessary to consult the doctor who prescribed the treatment.
