Can there be orange anal discharge with Posterisan suppositories?

Hello, I have been using Posterisan suppositories in the morning and evening for about 3 days. Today I had an orange discharge when I had a bowel movement, nothing like this had ever happened before. Is it after the suppositories? Should I discontinue use? On the doctor's recommendation, I have to take it for 3 weeks, even though I don't have any itches, there was bleeding during a bowel movement.
