Is it possible to get an e-prescription for Ritalin online and order the drug with shipping to Germany?

In the case of potent drugs, such as Ritalin or Medikinet, it is not possible to obtain an e-prescription during an online visit. A personal consultation with a doctor is necessary.
Since these are prescription drugs, it is also not possible to sell them by mail order.
