By accident I took one tablet of Asentra 50 mg on Monday morning, and so far (Friday) I have severe side effects, lack of appetite, sleep, increased heart rate, high blood pressure 174/90, shaking hands. How long does it take for my body to cleanse itself of this substance and stop working on me

The biological half-life of the major metabolite sertraline ranges from 62 to 104 hours. Even assuming a pessimistic version and assuming a longer decay time, it will be excreted from the body in urine and faeces 208 hours after taking the tablet.
208 hours is 8-9 days after taking the tablet. We are talking about the complete removal of the substance from the body. As the concentration of the drug in the blood decreases, the symptoms you mentioned should also gradually decrease.
