Can I use Dekristol if I have kidney stones?

Hello, I suffer from dermatomyositis, systemic sclerosis and kidney stones, and yet the rheumatologist at the hospital prescribed me Dekristol20,000. The leaflet says that it cannot be used for urolithiasis. I still have osteoporosis in my hands. and now I don't know if I can use this drug?

If you were prescribed Dekristol by a doctor who was aware of your medical condition, it is likely that the benefits of this medicine outweigh the possible risks. However, if you have any doubts about the safety of the medicine, you should contact the doctor who prescribed it. We do not have enough information about your treatment and health condition to help and conclusively determine if this is the right treatment regimen.
