I mistakenly gave my child a double dose of Taromentin - should I give another dose after 12 or 24 hours?

A 9.4kg, 8-month-old child was mistakenly given a double dose (5.3 ml) of the antibiotic Taromentin 400mg +57mg. Is the next correct dose (2.5ml) to be given after 12 hours, or after 24 hours, or something else? Please help. Medicine for ear infections.

The next dose should be given according to the recommended dosage. Do not extend the time between doses, even if you mistakenly administer a larger dose.
