Is it possible that after a few days of taking Feroplex, I have itching all over my body? And what other iron preparation can I buy instead?

Is it possible that after a few days of taking Feroplex I have itching all over my body. Something terrible, as if mosquitoes had bitten me. I have bought 2 packages, I took 5 from one and what to do next?
Is there any other depended that effectively replaces Feroplex ,or similarly ? What is the cause of this itching?

The summary of product characteristics of Feroplex does not indicate a risk of adverse skin or mucous membrane effects. Perhaps you are hypersensitive to one of the excipients of this preparation. Usually, Feroplex is a drug that is well tolerated by patients (unlike "traditional" iron tablets, which irritate the gastrointestinal tract quite often). A medical consultation is advisable if the situation does not improve.

Without a prescription, you can buy, for example, Solgar Gentle Iron, which is well absorbed and gentle on the stomach - on our website you can check availability and order it with home delivery or collection at the pharmacy:
