Does Divascan thin blood?

Good morning. He suffers from tempocular-ocular migraines with auras. I'm taking Divascan. I have a question. Does Divascan thin the blood. I have to remove a tooth that has not been root canal treated, it didn't work. Can I delete. Recently, when the doctor did a tooth, it was bleeding and he said it was because of Divascan. Divascan contains iprazochrome, which prevents local metabolic disorders in the process of migraine pathomechanism.
