These drugs can be combined with each other. What's more, such a combination is recommended.
According to the manufacturer of Argadopin:

"Acute gouty arthritis may occur during the initial period of treatment with Argadopin, as with uricosuric agents. Therefore, it is recommended to use an appropriate anti-inflammatory drug or colchicine as a preventive measure for at least one month. Refer to the professional literature for specific dosage recommendations, warnings and precautions."
