Does Sulfasalazine affect the absorption of vitamin B 12 or others?
Good morning. Does EN Krka sulfasalazine interfere with the absorption of vitamins, e.g. B12 or others? How to take these vitamins then?

Sulfasalazine reduces the absorption of folic acid (B9), does not affect the action of vitamin B12.
In this case, the dose of folic acid should be increased. More here:
