I can't find any scientific studies that would confirm the necessity of using activated charcoal, nor is there a need to use a probiotic with Zentel.
Albendazole has an antiparasitic effect by inhibiting the polymerization of tubulin, which prevents the absorption of glucose by the parasite and causes its death. Immobilized parasites are removed from the intestine as a result of peristaltic bowel movements.
