How to dose Klacid suspension in adults?

Hello, the doctor prescribed Clacid SR 500 mg 1 tablet per day. But I got distracted and forgot to ask to calculate in liquid form, I can't take large pills. Tell me, for an adult, if you take a suspension of 250 mg, then you need to take 10 ml? I didn't really understand the instructions

Klacid SR is a modified-release preparation, which means that the dose of the antibiotic is released gradually. Klacid suspension is an immediate-release preparation. These products are not interchangeable.
According to the Summary of Product Characteristics for Klacid 250mg/5ml suspension, the recommended dose for an adult is 10ml.
