Is metex available in Congo?

I am in Congo Brazzaville, my poor mother only takes this product (Metex) it is a lifelong treatment and unfortunately here in Congo this product is really difficult to find. I wonder if it still exists. Please guide me as I am really in need

Our portal allows you to check the availability of medicines in pharmacies in Poland. We have no way to check availability in pharmacies in Congo.
