At the outset, it should be noted that Fromilid and Xanax are prescription drugs, so the legitimacy and need for their use should be determined by a doctor. So please follow your doctor's instructions. As a pharmacist, I can only give you general information:

There are no specific studies in the medical literature on the use of this combination. It will be wise to keep the time interval between the two medicines. Fromilid should be taken every 12 hours, so Xanax should be taken 5-6 hours between doses of Fromilid.

Fromilid (Clarithromycin) may increase plasma concentrations of Xanax leading to an increased risk of side effects such as decreased appetite, depression, confusion, decreased libido, excessive sedation and drowsiness, impaired motor coordination, impaired speech and concentration, headache and dizziness, blurred vision, constipation, dry mouth, nausea, fatigue and irritability.

Toxicity should be monitored and the dose of Xanax should be reduced if necessary.

The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book the medicine at a selected stationary pharmacy and collect it after presenting a prescription:
