Tardyferon should be taken before meals. If you take Tardyferon 1 time a day, it can be before dinner, for example, to avoid interactions. If tardyferon is taken 2 or 3 times a day, remember that it should be used 2 hours after taking medicines containing levothyroxine (if you are taking such thyroid medications) and at an interval of 1.5-2 hours from Emanera.
