What comes out the cheapest - Victoza, Saxenda or maybe Ozempic?

Good morning, can someone explain to me how much I would need in pens per month. I don't know if I'll be able to afford a course of different medications, so I'd like to see a difference.
I've been prescribed Saxende or Victoze. I possibly had prescribed Ozempic instead of the ones above. Dose 1 week 0.6, second week 1.2, 3 weeks 1.8 and this dose remains "permanent".
