How long after drinking lemon water can I take my medication?
Good morning
How long after drinking lemon water (half a lemon + half a glass of water) can I safely take antihistamines and supplements (vitamins, minerals and herbs)? I have to drink lemon water before every meal because I don't have enough gastric juices.

An interval of about 30 minutes between drinking water and taking medication will be fully sufficient.
