I have a question: I have insulin resistance, can a diabetologist issue a prescription for Ozemip or Saxende or only if you have diabetes??? A 2nd question, where can I order Ozempic injections 1mg at 30 %, if I get an odp I will be happy thank you

Ozempic with reimbursement is only available to patients who meet the indications, i.e.:
- Type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients treated with at least two hypoglycaemic agents, with HbA1c ≥ 7.5%, obesity defined as a BMI of ≥30 kg/m2 and very high cardiovascular risk understood as:
1)confirmed cardiovascular disease, or 2)damage to other organs manifested by: proteinuria or left ventricular hypertrophy or retinopathy, or 3)the presence of 2 or more of the following major risk factors: -age ≥ 55 years for men, ≥60 years for women, -dyslipidaemia, -hypertension, -smoking.
