Can Medikinet and Neurovit be combined?

Good evening

I've been taking medikinet cr 10 for 2 days now. Can it be combined with a neurovite (a neurologist goes in the field of polyneuropathy)? If it is possible, when to take it (neurovit), during medikinet or in the evening when the drug no longer works? If I do it in the evening, I won't have a problem falling asleep (vitamin B is said to be stimulating)?

Medikinet and Neurovit do not interact clinically relevant with each other.
They can be combined with each other and there is no need to keep any special breaks. It is important to take Neurovit after a meal.
