In what order should I use the medications recommended by the ENT specialist: Dymista, Marimer isotonic seawater, Respero Myrtol and Zatoxin inhalations?

Good morning, the otolaryngologist prescribed me Dymista, isotonic sea water Marimer, Respero Myrtol and Zatoxin inhalations. In what order should they be used? Steroid first or seawater for the nose? Inhalation before or after steroid?

As far as dosage is concerned, please follow the information given to you by your doctor. If, for some reason, you do not have a schedule, it is worth contacting the pharmacy where the prescription was filled. Your pharmacist will give you the information on your prescription. Otherwise, it will help to contact the doctor who prescribed the drug.

As a pharmacist, I can only give you general information. As a rule, Marimer seawater should be applied first, and after approx. 15 min. Smoke. You can read more about the use of nasal drops here:

https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-stosowac-krople-do-nosa

Sources do not provide information about the time interval between the nasal steroid and the inhalations. However, in order to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment and safety, a certain time interval should be maintained between the use of the nasal steroid and the inhalation, e.g. 15-30 minutes.

We wrote about how to properly inhale here:
https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-wykonac-inhalacje

Before using Respero Myrtol, read the package leaflet and follow the instructions (1 capsule 3-4 times a day) if you have not received specific instructions from your doctor.
