Bilagra Oro contains the same active substance as Clatra. If you have a dose of 10 mg, you can use this preparation interchangeably with Clatra 10 mg.

The drug can be used for a long time if the situation requires it (e.g. exposure to allergens lasts several weeks/months). I am following the information contained in the summary of product characteristics:

"Duration of treatment

In the case of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis, the duration of treatment should be limited to the period of exposure to allergens. In the case of seasonal allergic rhinitis, treatment may be discontinued once symptoms have resolved and resumed when symptoms reappear. In perennial allergic rhinitis, continuous treatment may be offered to patients during periods of exposure to allergens. The duration of treatment for urticaria depends on the type, duration and course of the ailment."
