It all depends on how the doctor wrote the dosage of the drug on the prescription. According to the rules for filling prescriptions, a pharmacist can now dispense a drug from a pharmacy to a patient for 120 days of use at a time.
It comes in the form of patches and is available in packs containing 8 pieces. 12 packs of plasters therefore amount to 96 pieces. Only in the case of the dosage indicated on the 1x1 prescription will it be possible to process all 12 packages at the same time.
Any other provision prevents the dispensing of all 12 packs at once, as this will exceed the 120-day treatment period. The patch is usually changed every 3-4 days. If your prescription says 1 patch every 3 days, your pharmacist may only dispense part of the packs.
