The use of globules does not affect the course of colonoscopy and is not a contraindication to the examination.
• 7 days before the test, you should stop taking painkillers, especially such as Aspirin, Diclofenac, Ketoprofen, Meloksikam, or Ibuprofen, as they may increase the risk of bleeding, and you should stop taking iron preparations.
• 5 days before the test, medications that reduce blood clotting (e.g. Acenocumarol, Sintrom, Ticlid, Aspirin, Acard and others) should be discontinued. Talk to your doctor who will tell you how you can modify your anticoagulant therapy.
