An increase in creatine kinase in the blood may be a side effect of Curacne. Izotek/Curacne and other medications containing Isotretinoin are fraught with the risk of quite a number of side effects. I suggest that you discuss with your doctor the possibility of continuing the treatment (the assessment will be possible on the basis of the analysis of the patient's condition and verification of other tests).
