Good evening, about 2 weeks ago I noticed such a dot above the teeth on the gum and that I also have stains on the tooth and these teeth are very sensitive. I don't feel any other discomfort and the dot doesn't seem hard or painful. What could it be? I'd like to add that I take nicotine pouches that I put on this side.
