Can I use Dicloduo Combi if I have peptic ulcers?

Hello
The orthopedist prescribed me dicloduo combi kaps. I have peptic ulcer disease and I have had duodenal ulcers more than once, about which I informed the doctor. Can I take this medicine? From the leaflet I deduced that it was not.

In addition to diclofenac, which may aggravate peptic ulcer disease, DicloDuo Combi contains omeprazole, which acts as a "shield" and reduces the risk of diclofenac adversely affecting the gastrointestinal mucosa. You can use this preparation as directed by your doctor.
