Hello. On the prescription, the paediatrician prescribed the drug Budixon neb to the child, dosage 500 ug., I have no idea how much ml it is, since the ampoule has 2ml?

If you have Budixon Neb 250 mcg/ml, this means that a dose of 500 mcg is in 2 ml of suspension. Therefore, the contents of the entire container should be used for nebulization.
