If I receive a prescription valid for 365 days, for two packs of 90 tablets (1x a day) and I pick it up for the first time after 30 days, can the pharmacist cancel one pack from my prescription? (Taking into account changes after November 1, 2023)

Please let me know what medicine you are prescribed. If smaller packages of the drug are registered, the amount that has been lost is deducted proportionally. For accurate calculations, it is necessary to provide the name of the drug, the exact dosage, the date of issue and the date of the first prescription filling. Some medications, despite the fact that the doctor has marked a year-round prescription, can be dispensed within 30 (or even 7) days from the date of the prescription.
To avoid a countdown, the first pack of the prescription must be completed within 30 days of the prescription date. In addition, the patient may receive the drug for a maximum of 120 days at a time (according to the dosage written on the prescription). And the next packs of the drug can be filled after 3/4 of the time for which the prescription has been filled.
