How long does it take for potency problems to pass after Dutafin?

I was taking dutafin 0.5 mg. Baldness was a problem. He helped a lot - a good head of hair on his head. Unfortunately, there was another problem. After 2 years of use, there are big problems with libido and potency. I put it down. How long does it take for my potency to return to normal? I was stressed out by the situation. Or should I do something else? Can the drug do harm to anything else?

Decreased libido and impotence are some of the side effects of Dutafin. These side effects may persist after treatment has stopped.
The study included 11,909 men aged 16-89 who were taking finasteride or dutasteride. A total of 167 men (1.4 percent) developed persistent erectile dysfunction that lasted for an average of 1,348 days after discontinuation of the medication."
It may be necessary to temporarily introduce potency drugs - after consultation with a doctor.
