Can 0.25 ml of risperidone be used on a 4-year-old child with early childhood autism?

Hello. Son of 4 years of early childhood autism . We received a daily dose of 0.25 ml from a neurologist on the recommendation of a neurologist. I'm afraid it's too strong a drug for such a toddler. On the packaging it says that from the age of 5 it can be given.

The use of Rispolept in children below 5 years of age is not recommended due to insufficient data on efficacy and safety in this indication in children below 5 years of age.
If your doctor has experience in this type of practice (use of the medicine in children under 4 years of age), you should follow the specialist's recommendations.

According to the manufacturer: "For people weighing less than 50 kg, the recommended starting dose is 0.25 mg once a day. If necessary, the dose may be individually adjusted by increasing the dose by 0.25 mg per day, not more frequently than every other day. The optimal dose for most patients is 0.5 mg once daily. However, in the treatment of some patients, the medicinal product is effective at a dose of 0.25 mg once daily, while in others the best results are obtained at a dose of 0.75 mg once daily."
