Is there a substitute for Solcoseryl toothpaste?

Good morning. Is there any substitute for Solcoseryl dental toothpaste? I'm talking about the action of creating a coating that absorbs saliva/secretions and does not detach.

Solcoseryl has no direct replacement. Instead of the toothpaste, you can use other preparations that coat and support the regeneration of lesions (e.g. inflammatory lesions, wounds, canker sores) in the oral cavity, such as:
