I am a retired doctor. I'm trying to prescribe the necessary medication for myself or my sick wife. Even though I write prescriptions with the letter S and fill in all the forms, the pharmacy refuses to give me a free medicine, claiming that the code is missing from the prescription. What code it is supposed to be.the employee does not know! Please let me know about this code.

If the prescription was issued pro auctore or pro famila, two barcodes (prescription number and pwz) are sufficient.
