Can I reduce the dose of Femostone without consulting my doctor if I feel unwell after a higher one?

Hello, I have been using femostone mini for 3 years, but at my last visit to the doctor I asked for an increase in the dose due to hot flashes and I have been using femoston conti for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I feel bad after taking this medication because I have headaches and stomach ailments, and I suffer from reflux. Can I go back to using femoston mini without consulting my doctor?

Because Femostone is a prescription drug, your doctor should decide whether to change your dosage. In theory, you can go back to a lower dose if the higher dose is poorly tolerated.
