Hello. Today I rinsed my sinuses for the first time with Sterimar Hygiene. During this one, some of the preparation flew down my throat. Can something happen to me?

No. you are not in any harm. The preparation contains only a solution of sea salt, which does not adversely affect the mucous membranes of the throat in any negative way. There is no need to worry.
