How do I stop taking Alventa?

Is there an Alventa waiver system? I used to take 75 mg for 10 months, now I take 37.5 mg for 2 months.

The dose when you stop taking Alventa will be decided by your doctor.

According to the medicine documentation: "If venlafaxine therapy is discontinued, it is recommended that
Dose reduction over a period of at least 1 to 2 weeks is initiated to reduce the risk of withdrawal reactions. However, the time required for gradual dose tapering and the degree of dose reduction may vary depending on the dose, duration of therapy and the individual patient. Some patients may need to be discontinued very gradually for months or more. However, if symptoms develop to an extent that is intolerable to the patient after dose reduction or discontinuation, resumption of the previously prescribed dose should be considered. Your doctor may then continue to reduce your dose, but more gradually."
