even though I have read the leaflet of Provag gel, I have a question about the application: do we use it only on the outer part of the labia majora, or also on the space between the labia majora and labia minora, the foreskin of the clitoris and the clitoris as well?

According to the manufacturer's recommendation:
after washing the intimate area, apply a thin layer of prOVag gel® to the perineal area and external genitalia. The gel should be applied from the front towards the anus. Usually, one application of the gel once a day, at night, is enough. If necessary, the gel can be used 2-3 times a day.
