Hello! The child is one year and 10, she gave cough syrup ketotifen instead of 2.5 ml, mixed it up and gave 5 ml! What could be the consequences

5 ml is the right dose of Ketotifen for a 10-year-old child.
Dosage for children over 3 years of age:
5 ml syrup (1 mg ketotifen) twice a day, every 12 hours, in the morning and evening, with a meal.
