The manufacturer indicates that children aged 1 to 5 years should take 2.5 ml (1.25 mg) of Deslodyna oral solution once a day.

Please note, however, that Delortan syrup is only dispensed from the pharmacy with a prescription. It is the doctor who should decide on its dosage as well as the duration of the therapy. It is not recommended to administer medication on your own, especially if the patient is a one-year-old child.

I would advise you to see a doctor who will recommend medication based on the examination.

It is worth remembering about the daily care of the skin of a child prone to atopy. There are many effective preparations available in pharmacies that will reduce the risk of rashes.
