Will anything happen to me if I have used Systen Sequi patches incorrectly?

Please reply urgently
I am a diabetic on insulin with very uncontrolled diabetes and the onset of menopause at the age of 40. The doctor treated me very badly, the gynaecologist wrote down the segui system and told me to read the dosage on the leaflet. I started taking it the same day after I left the doctor and I had no idea that I had to use 4 system 50 patches first, then 4 system conti patches I used it as I took it out of the box I started the second box with system 50.

This does not pose a threat to health and life. Subsequent packages should be used according to the leaflet, i.e.:

Systen 50 and Systen Conti should be applied to the torso below the waist in the following order: first twice a week, every 3 or 4 days, one Systen 50 patch (4 Systen 50 patches will be used in 2 weeks), then 1 Systen Conti patch should be changed at the same intervals (4 Systen Conti patches will be used in the next 2 weeks). After 4 weeks, all the patches in the pack will be used up and a new pack should be started. The patch change cycle should be repeated without interruption.
