Ospolot is a drug that is not approved for marketing in Poland. It can be imported in target import mode.

If you are being treated in a hospital, this procedure is carried out by a hospital pharmacy, and if the treatment is carried out by a doctor outside the hospital, the burden of obtaining consent to import the medicine is already on the patient.

The document needed to import the medicine is a requisition, which is issued by the attending physician and reviewed by a national consultant in a given field. The final step is to submit the confirmed requisition to the Ministry of Health for approval.
