Can I apply serums and creams on Rozex and Soolantra? Can I use acids? Which active ingredients should I avoid and which can I use for couperose skin with rosacea?

Yes, you can apply a cream/serum after Soolantra or Rozex has been applied and completely absorbed. Do not apply cosmetics before semen of the drug on the skin.

Capillary skin prone to rosacea will not tolerate strong exfoliating preparations well. You can use cosmetics containing milder polyhydroxy acids (PHAs), e.g. lactobionic acid and gluconolactone, which moisturize, smooth, improve skin tone and reduce erythema (especially lactobionic acid). You can also use creams with azelaic acid, which reduces discoloration, redness and erythema in the course of acne lesions. It also has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. You will get a detailed care procedure in a cosmetology office.
