Can I use Insulotab and Berimal at the same time?

I have slightly elevated blood sugar levels. Can I take insulotab and berimal at the same time, e.g. one in the morning and the other in the evening? I don't want to overdo it, because the effect can be the opposite!

The ingredients of Insulotab (white mulberry extract, chromium, gurmar leaf extract) and Berimal (powdered bergamot fruit juice) are considered to help maintain normal blood glucose levels. According to the currently available information, there are no significant interactions between the ingredients of the preparations. The use of the products together is not contraindicated, however, due to the synergistic effect of the preparations, glycaemia should be regularly monitored while taking them. If abnormalities are observed, e.g. too low glycaemia, one of the preparations should be abandoned.
Please remember that dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a healthy diet and physical activity.

Here you can compare the prices of Berimal, book or order the preparation in the pharmacy of your choice:
