Can ephedrine split powders be combined with Actifed and Rupafin?

My daughter is prescribed powders shared with ephedrine 2x1 and Actifed 3x5ml in case of a runny nose or cold. For the night, Rupafin. Can these drugs be combined?

Do not combine powders shared with ephedrine with Actifed.

This combination may increase the risk of side effects such as dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, insomnia, nervousness, palpitations, tachycardia, headache, itching, rash, anxiety, euphoria or hallucinations.

There are no contraindications to combining ephedrine powders or Actifed with Rupafin.
