Can a bladder infection come back after using furagin?

I have stopped using furagin and I no longer have a problem with inflammation, is it possible that the cystitis will come back e.g. After 4 days on its own after discontinuing furagin, after using it correctly

It may happen that the bladder infection returns after undergoing a course of furagin. Furagina is an antibacterial drug used to treat uncomplicated lower urinary tract infections caused by Escherichia coli. If the infection returns, it is possible that the cause is different. If this is the case, you should consult your doctor for the right treatment.
