Meloxicam 15 mg and Poltram Combo are prescription medications and should be used as directed by your doctor.

From a pharmaceutical point of view, there are no contraindications to combining these drugs. Poltram Combo can be used on an ad hoc basis, not exceeding 8 tablets per day (300 mg of tramadol and 2600 mg of paracetamol), and the interval between subsequent doses should not be shorter than 6 hours. Meloxicam 15 mg should be administered as a single dose once daily with food.
