What should I do if I get a rash while using Diprolene ointment?

We use diprolene for phimosis in our less than 2-year-old son. Unfortunately, a rash began to appear next to the application site. Is there any substitute for this ointment, I would like it to be without the procedure? Do stop using the ointment. It's the weekend so I don't have a way to ask the pediatrician

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, if irritation or signs of an allergic reaction occur, Dipprolene should be discontinued.

Your paediatrician should comment on further treatment. I encourage you to seek medical advice.
